Zeus is the King of the Gods in Greek Mythology.Zeus was viewed as a king who oversaw the universe. According to hesoid's theogny, he was the god of all other gods. Zues was a lightning god. He was represented as a father towards other greek gods. Zues is symbolized with lighting. Some of his icons are the lighning bolt in the right hand and him sitting down in his seat. I did Zeus because many people talk about him. I didnt know much about him so I researched.

Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson ( Weekend Post)
I was reading this book called speak by Laurie Halse Anderson and I enjoyed it. It is a book about a teenage girl named Melinda Sordino. She went to theis party for her eighth grade summer and was raped by a senior boy named andy Evans. For her first year of high school she didnt want to speak to no one. She was hated by everyone in school because she called the police after she was raped. People didnt know that she was raped so they assumed that she wasnted to bust the party.Melinda steadily gets back her reputation during high school because people find out about the incident. I would recommend this book to people because it relates to many problems young teens could have. Give this book a 4/5 because although it is a good book it has no humor in it.

Track and Field ( shot put)
I currently run track for banneker. I started running track in september and I had a passion for it for a long time. Im dedicated. Im not only a runner, but I am a shot putter. shot put is a field event that I do. I shot is a 12 lbs ball that I throw and try to see how far I can throw it. At first I didnt want to do it because I thought it was boring, but Its kind of fun. Also I am currently the top freshmen shot putter in the city with a record of 35 ft 8 1/2 in. That a great distance because varsity which is juniors and seniors throw that kind of distance.

Teen Issues
Many teens when they get older start to thing different. They start to lose their adolences and become kind of a different person. Some teens start doing things to themselves such as cutting and thoughts of suicide. They start to think to do these things because they may have problems in their lives such as death of a parent of family member. This issue is no laughing matter.Its not somthing to mess around with.

There is this TV show on Nick at Nite called Everybody Hates Chris. This show is one of the most enjoyable shows to me. If I see it on i want to watch it. Even if its re runs. I allways enjoy watching it. Its a show about how how a comedian Chris Rock grew p when he was little. It has jokes and other things to keep you laughing.
